1. About this service
The Irish Funds Register (the “Service”) is provided free of charge by Quayside Fund Management Ltd. It republishes information drawn from the Central Bank of Ireland’s public register of authorised investment funds, presented in a more accessible format.
2. Data accuracy and disclaimer
The fund data displayed is sourced from public records published by the Central Bank of Ireland and is updated weekly. While we take care to keep it accurate, we make no warranty as to its completeness, currency, or correctness, and we accept no liability for any reliance placed on it.
The information shown is for general informational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. If you need authoritative information about a specific fund, consult the Central Bank of Ireland’s register directly or seek professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful business and research purposes. You may not:
- Scrape or systematically extract the data for resale or redistribution;
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications;
- Attempt to interfere with the Service’s security or availability;
- Share your sign-in link with others — signups are free, please ask colleagues to register their own.
4. Account and access
Access requires you to register a valid email address. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. We may also delete inactive accounts after 24 months as described in the privacy policy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quayside Fund Management Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed any amount paid by you for the Service (which, for a free service, is nil).
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
